I started making jewellery in 2010 while I was poorly, suffering with depression. I initially made jewellery using modern and vintage buttons, hence my name...then after doing some silversmithing taster classes, I got the shiny goodness bug and was hooked...

I am mostly self taught, using sterling silver, copper and brass in my work. I also have a passion for freshwater pearls and semi precious stones and often use them to accent my jewellery. My work has been seen in British Vogue and I am also registered with the London Assay Office.

The Button is a hobby and I am a one man army, from the designs, branding, promotion through to the actual jewellery...my jewellery is handcrafted, which means that no two pierces of my jewellery are ever the same, so your piece of #shinygoodness will be totally unique...just like you.
