The Last Three Months in a Nutshell

It’s been a packed season since our last blog just before August, when we hosted our Family Fun Day - a huge success with record numbers, beating previous footfall.

Holiday Getaway

Taking time out is so important—especially as business owners! We believe in the “work hard, play hard” mindset, so we treated ourselves to a mini road trip to North Devon and Cornwall. Think stunning beaches, sea breeze and crashing waves, delicious food and wine, a bit of sightseeing, a relaxing massage and facial, beach walks, chips by the coast, and plenty of people-watching for inspiration.

Best of all? We fully switched off from phones and emails—because sometimes everything really can wait until you’re back.

Welcoming New Businesses

We’ve been talking to 18 brand‑new businesses in the last two months who are joining our events this year. Every participant has a Zoom call or in‑person meet‑up with us; this is something we always do, as getting to know them and us is vital for sharing our vision, building trust both ways, and ensuring the best customer experience for visitors.

Why it matters: Strong relationships mean the right people, the right products, and great service on event days.

Community in Action

We co-hosted the Macmillan Coffee Morning with Syon Park in the Great Conservatory. Thanks to delicious cake & coffee and incredible raffle prizes from stallholders, we raised £1,800.17 - a fantastic testament to the power of community.
