When Summer Slows Down: Your August Reset

Did July even happen… or did we just imagine it?

One minute we were setting summer goals and scribbling bucket lists — the next, we were knee-deep in half-finished plans, sunscreen-streaked memories, and the feeling that time had sprinted right past us.

July was a month in motion — long days that somehow felt short, packed weekends, spontaneous getaways, and that odd tug-of-war between wanting to relax and trying to do it all. It was vibrant, chaotic, and fleeting — like the golden hour of summer: beautiful, but gone in a flash. But now, the pace shifts.

August arrives like a deep breath. It’s the softer side of summer — still warm, still golden, but gentler. Less rush, more rhythm. A chance to slow down, look around, and actually feel the season before it slips away.

So before autumn peeks around the corner, make space to savour what’s left.

Unplug. Reconnect. Wander a little. Let August be a memory — not a blur.

June Pop Ups

We had two events in Pop Up Shopping Markets in June

1. Pride Market (8th June)

A Heartfelt Celebration in the Surrey Countryside

This wasn’t just a market — it was a vibrant celebration of creativity, inclusivity, and community coming together to support passionate independent businesses, share stories, and simply be themselves in a safe, welcoming space.

From heartfelt moments of connection to laughter, hugs, and discovery, the day was filled with warmth and unity. It was especially uplifting to see young people supported by their families and to have a true inclusive space for EVERYONE.

A refreshing, Pride-themed experience outside the city that made everyone feel seen and celebrated.
