Sitting down to write it feels slightly surreal that it's March!
We're loving the sunshine, even if it is a little fresh, and getting out into the garden.
When we last wrote on "In Conversation" we were talking about the plans we had for 2021 and we are pleased to see they are starting to take shape.

One highlight for February has been making the TEN@10 series where Jason talked to 10 different businesses getting to know a bit more about them and how they make their products. We learnt a lot about the people and the science behind it.
We have also spent a lot of our time talking to new businesses who are keen to exhibit with us at our markets later in the year, to get to know each other better.
Most of today has been spent curating the best mix of products to feature at each event and getting the booking forms out!
